Calculating your BMI is generally something your doctor will do at a wellness check that you might not even be aware of to make sure that your body is healthy.

Why is bowling considered a lifetime activity? Because you can pretty much play it when you are any age unless you have like some injury in your leg. Do you think bowling is a sport? No. Because bowling is pretty much a fun game to play with friends. Also I really don't see any real professional bowling competitions so I really don't think bowling is a sport. I think bowling has aerobic fitness if you run really quick when rolling the ball down the lane which could make your heart beating. I think it involves endurance as well since if you are not tired you have more strength to roll the ball down the lane.

Collaboration because it is really fun to work with people in a challenge so it is easy for me to collaborate. I also think planning is easy for me to because I just think about objective of the challenge and then it's easy to plan according to the objective. I think I should work on safety because sometimes when we have like scooters or stuff I start to become crazy. I also think I should work on leadership because sometimes if our group is having a problem I should step in and help.

What did you like/dislike about creating your own dance? I liked that we were in groups not individual. I disliked having to do the dance because I do not like dancing. It was boring for me plus I was so bad.

Would you prefer to work by yourself or in a group? Group because at least if we did something wrong I wouldn't be the one blamed for it.

Did creating your own dance change your perspective on how challenging dance can be? Yes because after we finished doing it I knew dancing is super hard.

What do you think about the amount of pedometer steps you accumulated during the dance unit? Yeah I got a fair number of steps.

Were you surprised that it was more than most activities? No. Because most of the activities had more steps than dancing so it wasn't that suprising.

Any other questions, comments, or suggestions for Mrs. Mulloy about the dance unit? Is there going to be another dance unit in the year?
